Why book it

One-on-one attention — no kennels, no waiting, no other animals
Your dog goes straight back inside when it's finished
The same groomer every visit, so the style stays consistent

How the appointment runs

01
Coat and skin check
We look over the coat before anything starts, and talk through what is realistic for its current condition.
02
Bath and dry
A warm bath, then a controlled dry and full brush-out — the step that does most of the work on a finished coat.
03
The cut
Clipper and scissor work to the length you asked for, checked against the shape as we go.
04
Finish
Sanitary areas and a final tidy before your dog is handed back to you.

Questions about full grooming

How is the price set?

By your dog's size. Pick the closest size when you book; if it looks different in person, we'll talk to you before we start.

Can I ask for a specific length?

Yes. Bring photos if you have them — it's the clearest way to describe a finish. If the coat's current condition makes a length unrealistic, we'll tell you before we start rather than after.

What if my dog is matted?

Matting changes what is safe and possible. Detangling is priced separately by how much work it takes, and your groomer will assess it in person before any work begins.
