How to cancel or reschedule, and what happens after you do.

It describes how this website and booking system actually work, which is the honest starting point — but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the sections marked below still need business-specific terms. It must be completed and reviewed before launch. This page is excluded from search engines until it is.
You can request a cancellation from your account at any time. The appointment is marked "Cancellation requested" and the grooming team reviews it.
Your appointment is not removed automatically — this keeps both sides informed instead of a slot silently disappearing from one calendar.
Rescheduling works the same way: you choose a new date and time, and the appointment moves once the team confirms the new slot.
