How it works
From booking to the moment your pet walks back inside: exactly what happens when Dog's Land Mobile Services comes to your address.

Choose the service, tell us about your pet, and pick a date and time that fits your week.

The mobile salon arrives at your address at the agreed time — fully equipped, ready to work.

One groomer, one pet, undivided attention. Then they walk straight back through your front door.
On the day
Your groomer reads your pet's profile — breed, age, temperament, your notes — so nothing is a surprise on the day.
The mobile salon parks at your address. Setup happens in the van, not in your home.
One groomer works with your pet for the whole appointment. No kennel time before, none after.
Your pet comes straight back to you, and you hear how the appointment went and anything worth knowing for next time.
If your pet tells us they’ve had enough, we stop. A groom that has to be forced isn’t a groom worth finishing, and you’ll always hear from us before we change the plan.
At your door
The van comes to you, so the practical questions are different from a salon’s. Here is what that means for your address.
Every home is a little different, so we confirm the details with you rather than guess
Where the van parks, whether we need anything from you, and how long we are outside — your groomer confirms all of it when you book, and you will hear it before the visit rather than on the doorstep. If you want to know before you commit to a date, just ask us.
Why mobile
Mobile grooming isn't a convenience upgrade on a salon visit. It's a different experience for your pet.
For a lot of pets the journey is the worst part of grooming day. Mobile grooming removes it entirely.
No cage time before or after. Your pet is groomed when they arrive and finished when they're finished.
The only animal in the van is yours. That matters for pets who find other dogs overwhelming.
A single groomer stays with your pet for the entire appointment — start to finish, no handovers.
No drop-off, no second trip, no afternoon planned around a pick-up window.
Home smells, home sounds, and the front door a few steps away the whole time.
Questions
If your question isn't here, ask us — we'd rather answer it now than have you guess.
